OUR VISION

I created an introduction to Python course called 'Creativity and Design through Computer Science' to encourage and increase female enrollment in Computer Science in low income areas of Pakistan. I developed the course using nudge theory to ensure that it would be approachable and completely doable for young girls who have previously had limited access to formal education. My goal is to facilitate financial independence for young girls and provide them with the opportunity to pursue a career in technology; whether it be through freelance or as part of a company. The benefit of jobs in Computer Science is their ability to be completed remotely, therefore ensuring that the girls are not limited by any social or cultural barriers that prevent them from going out to work.
